Okay lets go~ (: Lets start with the pluses, this is a very pleasing piece to look at, well for me anyway~ The composition is great, I love where you placed her and how you posed her. It makes her look distanced, and fitting in perfectly with the theme of 'longing for the sky' Excellent there <3
Another thing I love about this artwork is the background~ You clustered the sky with stars, but it still looks really powerful, nice job (: A lot of artists ruin a piece by cluttering the sky with things (I know I have =.e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s… " width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Smile)"/> but here it works beautifully <3
The perspective is pretty good too and the pose, because it's not just a typical face-on one, I like how she's turning round.
The only things I'd say there is the backlegs could be adjusted a little bit. I think the one that is slightly hidden should be pushed forward a bit. The backleg we can see is very straight, except for a small curve at where it meets her body; this should stretch out down her leg a bit, instead of the immediate curve at her body. There should also be more of a bend where the fibula meets the femur bone, hope that makes sense with this anatomy ref: [link]

Another hint would be on the moon. I love how you've done that glow around the moon, really adds to the atmosphere here <3 What I would say is, when the moon is surrounded by such a strong glow like that, it's usually bright white. Here I'd say it's a little too grey and darkened.

I really like her expression, it says a lot about the piece, but I think there are a few minor tweaks that could be made to make that it extra bit better <3 For example, I think you should make her nose a bit more nose-shaped (by that I mean triangular xD) instead of a curved line. Also, a bit of shading above her eyes would make them look more look they were inside her face, rather than stuck-on her face - it just adds depth really~

As a final tip, I'm going to say something about her wings~ I like how they're broken, it makes you feel for her more. But I think they look a little more furry than feathery. I think this is mainly because you use quick a thick lineart and because feathers are light and thin. If you thinned the lineart just on the feathers and maybe even drew the feather fluffing over the lineart, they'd look more feathery.

Overall, this is a really good piece! I keep seeing you improve, Purrl :3 The atmosphere and emotion in this art tie in together beautifully and I think you should be proud of this one <3
