The color profile you chose emphasizes the features of the model. The light is evenly distributed and the focus is great.
I also like the posture of the model and the look of her eyes. I just find the little earring a little bit distracting as it's very sharp and is in contrast with the rest of the colors.

As a whole, I find this a wonderful portrait, proving a good technique and good composition. Keep up!
