I am alive!I hope I didn't get kicked out from the Hetalia Chibi Diaries Group -goes over to check-

Sorry for the long gap between the cover page and the 1st entry..... I had exams D:
There is nothing historical behind this one. I don't know who was bullying Denny! D:
But I just got this idea and thought it would be cute to draw :3
The mistake in the text is intentional. I think little Denny would be so excited, he would make a ton of mistakes in this entry..... Oh, and since it's a diary, I thought it would be logical to write the text out instead of typing it up! c:
The date of the entry in somewhere in "Juni" - June, 700's...
Anyways, for those who don't understand my chicken-scratch handwriting, I'm gonna decode the diary entry part:
"Dear Diary!
Today something amazing happened! I mean... first something really-really bad happened..... but then Norge was being an uber awesome fried friend, and...
. . . . .
...all in all.... it was another awesome day for me and Norge.

Also, his expression is by no means a negative note about your country. And if we talk about the Hetalia fandom, I will have a lot to complain about concerning how my country is depicted by the author and the fans.

This is just so, so, so, YAY making. Although I would place it earlier in history. Denny and Norge didn't get along very well as growing children in the 700s. It was much worse in the 800s, though... (I put it down to Den confusing 'conquering a lot of land impresses the girls' with 'I like this guy a lot and I want to be like him')
Na. I love how you spaced out the diary entries with the hand made and error riddled writing (such a good idea for kiddy Den!). I just tried to do a letter in Gothic script by hand to look properly period, and I wanted to break my fingers to save myself the pain. You are amazing. Period. I would give you a Denmark hug now, if I could. Love the angle you got on Norway's head in the final pannel. The not-hug is perfect. XD

You could also try searching Google Books for stuff that has come out of copyright, or Project Gutenburg.
Once you get into older scripts, some things are illegible. I'd stick to bad spelling. Plus, you never know when you have to use the two forms of 's.' Still here is a resource on various Latin scripts:

It's from Brigham Young University, a Mormon university in the United States. That sounds pretty disreputable, I realize, but part of the Mormon faith involves baptizing your dead ancestors so that they can get into heaven. Therefore, genealogy is incredibly important, and so young Mormons need to be able to read old Parish registers. So, there are classes and resources on learning how to read older scripts, so you can know who your ancestors were. Meh. You might have known that already. There was a huge problem a while back when the Mormons started baptizing all of the Jews they could get records on...

so- what kind of paper do you use? because the acrylics look really good and i know from using them that- it can look bad on some papers

I actually used regular paper, from a sketchbook.
It was Canson Universal Sketch Pad, this here --> [link]
I bought it for sketching, but ended up just colouring things that I sketch there. It's really good for dry media, and it's a pain in the butt to use acrylics on this paper on larger scale. But, considering that those chibies are really just about 4-5 cm tall, it's easy, and I can always carry my DenNor stuff around with me! :3
