Aka Midnight and Whippersnapper
From the sequel to Howl's Moving Castle, Castle in the Air. I admit I only skimmed because Sophie and Howl weren't in it much. -shot-
...Howl loses at life because he turned his wife into a cat. But it makes it easier for me too draw so that works.
Was too lazy to add a background
Morgan is Sophie's son for those who don't follow.

Well i liked Castle in the Air, yes they wern't exactly the same but ti was ayear later in which a lot had happened that can only be expected and i loved Sophie as a cat.
Howl's Moving Castle is still my favourite but i thought Abdullah was kind of funny, although i souldn't see anything good in Flower-in-the-Night.
I love anything with Sophie in it though, she is just my hero and i love her and she's my favourite fictional charector which means i likeher more than the Vampire Lestat and that's a lot! Nobody is a bigger fan og HMC trust me but Castle in the air swas still good.

Actually, Howl and them are in it more often than we first think. I know I was very disappointed reading through the sequel and hardly finding them. However, once you get to the end, a lot of things are explained. It's very worth it. Anyway, awesome picture. Very cute.

Yes. Definately. And awwww, Howl's awesome. I think the person who made it liked haku more though.....oh and, Howl totally should have won dumbest chick. I would totally vote "Let me poor water on calcifer and kill Howl while I'm at it to save the Witch of the Waste from getting burned." over "Let me let the freaky guy that's gonna eat everyone in" I mean, Chihiro didn't know he was gonna eat everyone, she was just being nice. Sophie knew it was gonna kill people. she was just too slow to think of that.

I don't think that instance exactly counts. Sophie reacted too quickly to really take in the consequences over what she was doing- which makes perfect sense. You don't see someone on fire and take your time to think about just what this pail of water that's conviently nearby can mean for the fate of the universe. No, you put the fire out. And as for it being the Witch of the Waste, what would you rather have? "I'm sorry but you're a wicked witch so I'm just going to let you burn to death while I do nothing." That would have gone over well.
Truthfully, I don't think either of them are dumb. Both had their moments but you can't say the guys didn't have their fair share either. Or MORE than their fair share as the case may be... ^^"

Gah, sorry. My brain must have been out on vacation. I meant Ashitaka from Princess Mononoke. He's the one male character from Miyazaki's films that I like a lot more than the title character. And he's so cool!
As for Haku, I think I agree. He makes some bad decisions, but no, didn't really have any stupid moments. ^^"

I love it (as you may have guessed) but do be warned that it can get gruesome in some parts. It is probably the bloodiest movie I've seen Miyazaki do, but it is not overwhelming. Definitely not some kind of 300 flick. ^_^ Just be warned.

yeah, it wasn't my favorite, but then again i haven't finished it yet. lol i lent my copy of HMC to my best friend and now, like 4 MONTHS LATER she finally gave it back, and i've been reading it again.
