(in case it wasn't clear, the reason she's shocked in the second panel is that she was told that Bugsy's lifted their probation and they can either take a guide through Ilex Forest or challenge the gym (they opted to book a battle for the next day XD, the guides go through daily but they're also basically tour guides and go very slow. But with Nagrom's inability to read maps maybe they should have taken the guide XD)
