-Robotic Operating Buddy “R.O.B.”-
Series origin: Gyromite
Staff position: IT technician/online server manager
Abilities: technopathy, lasers
Theme song: Gyromite Theme (Brawl mix)
Created by Professor Elvin Gadd based loosely on a toy he had planned to give to his children. R.O.B. doesn't interact with the students too much. He often hangs out in the library and makes sure the computers are working properly, as well as runs the school's ask blog on Tumblr . He is also the one in charge of setting up and monitoring student accounts for the computers, and has voiced repeatedly on his Twitter feed that he has been easily frustrated with the students' common mistakes, such as attempting to use easily cracked passwords like "hello" or assuming the website for Dick's Sporting Goods is "dicks.com". (NOTE: Please do not go to that website! I've never been, but I can imagine from the name...) R.O.B. is sarcastic and highly opinionated. He DJs on the weekends and enjoys VOCALOID music.

Little side note, does anyone but me think that '80s Robot from the 2011 Muppets movie was very heavily inspired by R.O.B.? Yes? No? Maybe? Lobster?

Fun fact, Zelda and Midna were originaly going to be VOCALOID fangirls. The bios written for them including that fact were destroyed during the Blue Crash in March, so I decided to remove that trait from them because it didn't fit them very well. So I gave it to a character that it would make a little more sense for.
