nice shot! how does the peleng work on the 350D? its a 1.6x crop isnt it? do you get bad vignetting?

yes for the 1.6 crop. the vignetting is strong but it does his dang work.

wow ok that extreme fisheye is doing wonders for this image. love the curve it forces upon those otherwise linear structures. and the HDR technique... that must be what's giving the black and white that extra pop.

very interesting photo. i love the perspective! the fisheye lends a really surreal, trippy feeling to the image, and the HDR technique gives it great tonal range.

well nothin more than the fact that in thi black and white u cant see my wonderfull grown chili peppers (red and hot of course).
the HDR technique consist of creating one single image from three different shots (one under-exposed, one over-exposed and one correctly exposed).

to do this technique you got to have reeeeeeeeeeealllly calm hnds, but when i say calm i say you got to be almost dead.
then you set your 350d (i knw u have one) in some menu which i cant remember letting the exposure to bracket between +2 to -2. SO u set the shooting mode to continuous and then u get the triple shots.
then u use a program to create the HDR picture from the three ones u made.

One day you'll have to find the time to explain me this technique better. I find it interesting and I think it has so much potential.
