The image has a long gone old film look. Smoking, gloves, the jewels all vintage retro materials. I like the image for that, especially in the strong black and white choice. Maybe a little more yellow tint could improve it. The subject is lovely separated from the background, with a perfect smoke exhale.
The left shoulder for the viewer is a bit gray probably by the artificial vignetting. This could be repaired easily. The eye and eyebrow lines are convincing with the eyes shut as a good candid choice. The front side of the face could be a little bit brighter for more contrast with the black hair. Overall a good composition and lovely subject: thus resulting in a great shot, no doubt here.
