You know the saying " The hardest part is always the beginning?" It was true. It was so true.I kept telling myself, " Oh, don't worry. It won't be so bad. Making a comic is just like making a picture. Except with text everywhere. It'll be easy peasy."
It isn't. Dear Jebus, it isn't. Dx
but I'm so happy I finished it anyways. I'm sure my future pages for Double Cross won't seem so tedious now with this first page experience. :3

I put faith in you because I know you'll come through. I have the utmost confidence in you <3 You like country? Me too! I loooooooove country music! Sadly it's slowly being replaced with rock and rap and crap. But there are still a lot of good songs thankfully.
And yeah it has been a while. I'm alright, playing the game of life one day at a time. I lost my job a little over a week ago, and then last Friday my car died, so I'm trying to get that fixed and still have enough money to pay my insurance so I can keep the car and get to my new job when I find it. To make matters more interesting, it's Otakon weekend. So I'm gonna want to spend lots of money but can't because I don't have it. Thankfully I wasn't planning on buying too much this year, just some Manga.

as for me...not so good either.
my brother didn't get accepted into
his college because our highschool was too lazy
to send in his scores and now he has to enroll in the winter.
i'm going back to school next week, but i haven't
even once touched the 100 question and essay packet i
was supposed to do over the summer. plus my school's trying
to get my money so no discreetly. they actually made me pay $30
just to have my picture in the year book. Dx

Eh, when it rains it tends to pour. I'm hanging in there though. Car will be fixed this week and then I can start looking for a job. Course now I'm getting a cold and actually broke out in hives for some reason, most likely the cold. Never had a breakout before so it's a new experience for me lol. Otakon was great, I only went Friday and I missed the Dealer Room so I didn't get to buy anything, but I didn't have much money so it worked out in the end. I would have spent it all on Manga and stuff and wouldn't have enough left for my car and gas and stuff lol. I'll just have to order it online.
Oh man, you're having just as much fun as I am. I'm sorry your brother didn't get into his college. Hopefully he'll raise hell at his high school and get everything fixed. Wow school is starting already? I know you'll do fine. Hehe don't procrastinate so much, you can do the stupid packet anytime. Just do a few questions at a time and before you know it you'll be done. $30 just to get in the yearbook? WTF mate? That's some serious money grubbing there. I'd tell them to GTFO and save the money.
