I've wanted a character by the name of Gypsy. So, here she is!Not too proud of the background or the picture overall, but it's decent enough, LoL.
I've fit her to make her look like :CookieLoveXO:'s character, Cupid a bit to make her look like his mother. If Cookie likes her then it is official

May i ask What you use to like - draw over them really good?

This is my own artwork. I haven't traced from screenshots in a while now and the backgrounds are also my own work. The more I traced the more guilt I would feel because it wasn't 100% mine. --if that was part of your question, LoL.
Now, the program I use to draw is Paint Tool Sai. I sometimes switch it to Photoshop to edit the lighting or use the blur effects that Sai doesn't have and switch it back to Sai. I have the older version of Photoshop and was barley improving from it because of the low graphics. A friend of mine recommended me Sai and I've been using it ever since.
