Description First intended Mother fanart, yaaay!

Inspired to draw this after getting to chapter 4 after playing mother 3 from the beginning yet again.

Why? After leaving it for a few months and coming back to just wonder where the hell I was and what I was doing... ;;

Second time drawing actual humans/people intentionally, but I think it turned out okay! ( Except since everyone had a different opinion on how the masked man's clothing looks and the official is just a bunch of pixels being the perfectionist I am had so much trouble deciding how to draw his clothes and cheated by drawing him facing the other way-sob-)

Also, messy handwriting is messy because I didn't find a childish font that I liked.

I actually want to draw another fanart for Mother but god knows how long that'll take... XDD; Shall try.
