I loved all of those!
Drive I think is a masterpiece, there is an older film, the Driver 1978, that is kind of simular and also amazing.
Snowpiercer I loved, I really do think that Ed Harris at the end has some sort of mental powers. I love that not everything is explained, and how it has this sort of world and logic to it they have built.

I am not sure if I've seen The Driver, it almost feels familiar.
I can see why you would think that about Ed's character, I mean everybody talks about him like he's Moses or something and he's so smooth, so completely sure of himself.
Ok, so I don't usually dig too deeply into movies, I don't often try to see deeper meanings behind things, but it just occurred to me. That next to final scene when Curtis and Namgoong hug Yona and Timmy, they can be envisioned as representing Gilliam and Wilford: Like Gilliam Curtis has sacrificed his limb to save a child, and Namgoong is obsessed with doing things his own way and was a former front end passenger. So when the two of them compact Yona and Timmy to save them from the catastrophic explosion it's sort of like Gilliam and Wilford trying to save the last of humanity between them. That one moment is sort of symbolic of the roles of the older men, willing to make sacrifices, even of themselves, in order to protect the people in between them.
When I told my roommate about the polar bear he joked about the bear eating Yona and Timmy, which I found pretty amusing. They both survive everything just to provide a full belly for a bear.
