Personality :

Spectral Twirl is a really bad tempered bat pony.
She's arrogant and think that she is better than everybody else.
Though she is very honest, but a little bit TOO honest sometimes.
To solve problems, she usually fights instead of talking calmly with the person she is in conflict.
She travels all around Equestria alone, helping pegasus with the weather using her special talent : to control the wind and making tornados.
