Tradional Cob with we think a bit of Highland mix and a bit of Section D. Looked in a horse breed book and found out that his wavy mane and tail may come from a bit of Andalucian (Spanish Horse) in his breeding history.
I think the photo makes him look big as it was taken from a crouched position.
