Description Nimbasa city, a place where excitement seems to pop out every corner. Like the season's last football game that was going on at the Big Stadium that very day. This event mad even more exciting by the half time show starring the world famous Stephon and his pokemon band. The already pumped football fans screamed and cheered as the band played one of the hit singles. A few wild fangirls, human and pokemon alike that came to the game solely for the half time show, swooned and proclaimed their love to their favorite band member as the heart pounding music continued.

One of Stephon's pokemon that wasn't in the band though, heck, not even in the stadium found himself silently meditating just outside the Battle Subway. Taichi the Dewott was focusing on his breathing when an extra exhilarated cheer reached his ears to signal that the band had finished their first song. When he heard that the band got an offer to do the half time show at Nimbasa's Big Stadium, Tai immediately tagged along. Taichi had not been to the Unova region since he first joined Stephon's team, so he smiled as he listened to the last note linger on the region's cool, fresh air. His master, Stephon, had promised that he would take him to the Battle Subway after the show since Taichi had been had been itching to take on the subway leaders again. Now it was just a matter of waiting patiently for his master to return.

"Tai!"

"Oof."

Tai was tackled to the ground by an unknown assailant, but strangely the voice that called his name sounded very familiar. Shaking his head, Tai regained his senses and found himself face to face with the beautiful female Dewott wearing a yellow spiral seashell that had glomped him.

"Rachael?! You- wait, I didn't expect to see you here."

Rachael released tai from her embrace, "Neither did I, this is so lucky What are you doing here?"

Tai's thoughts were starting to get a little jumbled as he stared into Rachael's eyes, "Uh, my master has a show at the Big Stadium and I came along to come to the Battle subway. What about you?"

"My master, Jake, and I got an invitation to perform in this year's Musical Grand Contest. It combines a lot of the features of a contest battle and a musical to make a grand show, but we came a day early to prepare."

"Oh that sounds exciting," Tai said, rubbing his head where one of his kodaichi had hit him in the back of the head when Rachael ran into him.

"Oh my gosh, I didn't hurt you when I hugged you did I?"

"No, no, I'm fine. See?"

Rachael breathed a sigh of relief as Tai stood up and stretched.

"Phew, I'm so glad...say, if you're not doing anything right now, would you like to hang out with me for a little while?"

'Me and her, just us?!' Tai thought before speaking, "Um yeah, I'd love to, but isn't your master worried about where you are?"

"It's okay, we all split up to explore for little on our own and we're gonna meet up later."

Tai again thought about how it was just going to be the two of them, alone. He nodded his answer and was now being led away by Rachael from the steps of the Battle Subway.

"Wah, Rachael where are we going?"

"To the amusement park silly, come on!" Rachael squealed, giving another tug on Tai's arm.

Tai glanced back over his shoulder to see the Battle Subway station shrinking and thought, 'I'll be back later.'

The two Dewotts chatted along the way to the amusement park about anything and everything  that they've been up to since the last time they met. Each of their wacky adventures made each other laugh as they entered the park.

"So what should we do first?" Tai asked as the Dewotts looked over the multitude of attractions that surrounded them.

Rachael's eyes lit up once she spotted a set of park game stands run by pokemon and yanked Tai along with her, "Come on, don't be Slowpoke!"

"Woah!"

It was easy enough to lose track of the time while Rachael and Tai played and laughed the day away. Tai had easily beaten most of the game stands against other humans and pokemon that played as well as Rachael cheered him on. Of course Rachael had joined in on some of the games she felt confident enough to play, and each had won their fair share of little prizes and goodies. Not too long afterwards they were happily walking around the park enjoying an ice cream cone together as they talked some more.

"Wow Tai, you were really good at those games."

Tai blushed at the compliment, "Thanks, most of them were like my training in a way, so that made it a bit easy."

A small silence grew between them; not like an awkward silence but a content silence that they each understood as they finished off their ice cream cone.

"You know Tai," Rachael said, "since it's just been the two of us here. This could probably be considered a date."

Tai nearly stumbled as he too thought about this and was trying to hide a very obvious blush at the same time. Luckily, Rachael was too distracted by the fact that she too was trying to hide her own blush after thinking over again what she had just said. Both of them regained most of their composure before their eyes locked onto each, just staring and letting their surroundings freeze into stillness. Tai's heart raced, he was looking for the right words to not only describe this moment, but to let Rachael know about it too.

"Rachael. I, um-" Tai began.

"Hold on Tai," Rachael shushed him with a finger over his lips, "There's one last thing I want to do before we go."

Tai began to become flustered again, unable to hide it. Rachael caught this and giggled. Though before Tai could ask what it was Rachael had wanted, she was already leading him by the arm again deeper into the park.

"We have to go on the Ferris Wheel at least once together."

"The Ferris Wheel," Tai repeated

It was a known fact that the Amusement Park's ferris wheel had a two person per cart rule which meant that he and Rachael would be getting one together, by themselves.

Now on the Ferris Wheel, alone and together, the two Dewotts watched as the streets of Nimbasa city grew brighter while the sun set further in the distance. More and more of the city became exposed as Rachael's and Tai's cart rose higher on the wheel. It was a breath taking sight to watch as the cascading shadows formed from the overlapping light sources.

"Tai," Rachael said in almost a whisper.

"Yes?"

"Thank you for everything today, I'll never forget it."

"I, well, you're wel-" Tai was suddenly cut off as Rachael gave him a kiss. Not just a small peck on the cheek , but a full kiss on the lips.

I only lasted for a split second, but the feeling lasted for much longer for either of them to really tell. They could only stare into each other's eyes as no words could describe how they felt in that moment. Slowly, their cart on the Ferris Wheel came to a stop at the bottom, allowing them to get off. The rest of the time they just held hands as they made their way back to the entrance of the park.

"Rachael?" "Tai! Come on man, quit playin', where are you?"

The two Dewotts let go of each other as they saw both of their masters calling for them at the foot of the entrance.

"Jake!" "Master!" The two Dewotts called to their respective trainers.

Jake and Stephon swiveled to see their pokemon run up to them.

"Oh thank Arceus," Jake sighed and hugged Rachael, "I thought you had gotten lost. Everyone else were so worried."

"It's ok Jake, Tai and I are fine."

Jake looked up to see Taichi explain the same thing to his master.

"So did you two have fun?" Stephon asked, a small grin on his face as he and Jake noticed the few small trinkets their pokemon won from at the amusement park.

"Yes." "Of course." Rachael and Tai simply answered, the memories of their day fresh in their minds.

"Glad to hear," Jake said pulling out a pokeball, "Come on Rachael, we have another big day tomorrow."

Stephon pulled out a pokeball as well and hit the return button, "Same here since we didn't get to hit the Battle Subway today."

Both Dewotts looked at each other one last time before they were returned. Their eyes meeting with a 'see you again soon' message.

Daw... This is cute!
Now I wish I had a good story for the... Well, I need something.
Anyway, as for a better name... For some reason, Shellshipping pops to mind.
Probably because of the sea-shells they each have or were given.
