He's a BOY?! I thought he was a girl at first glance. Even now as I'm typing this, I still think he looks like a girl! Wow! No offense, of course! This is all meant as a compliment. Anyway, great pencil work! Very neat!
Here is some constructive criticism (you don't have to listen), I always find the legs weird... I know that doesn't explain much, but it is like they disappeared or something. Probably because there is cloth covering them from the calves on. Anyway, it's probably just a trick of the eye and will look better once you colour it 
Otherwise, I love the pic! I really like the background and I can't wait until you colour this! (Tell me when you do!) The face (especially the hair and eyes) really reminds me of Aikawa Saki, one of my favourite mangakas. If you like shoujo romance mangas, you should check her out.

A left hand is attached to his right shoulder!!! OR he is genetically damaged!!
