yay! and when we find actual proof of god, then we'll really know that he created us with magic and all the bad science will go away! we'll turn particle accelerators into water rides! chemistry? pah! remove it from the curriculum! actually, just convert all schools into churches! have an Inquisition! ignore logic and reason! WHOO!

Yes, that is the mature way to disagree with me; with sarcasm. :sarcastic: Now I too, use sarcasm.
I do not reject logic and reason. I do, however, reject the theory of evolution because it isn't logical or reasonable.
That is my opinion, and I respect yours.

I just fail to see how you think that an explanation that involves natural occurrences is less logical than one that involves supernatural ones.

Both theories involve the supernatural. How can everything come from nothing? The Big Bang theory contridicts logical science.
No human was there to know for sure; to have seen the actual "beginning" in either theory. Both accept their own "evidence" and reject that of the other. I do not believe what you claim as fact, and you do not believe what I claim as fact. How can you be sure that there isn't a God? Despite all you can say about "logic", you can never prove the nonexistance of a being that is said to have created the physical universe. On the other hand, how can the Christians be sure that all we know as fact isn't fiction? Both theories are leaps of faith based not on fact, but what the person accepts or has been taught as fact.
Hearing both theories, I chose to accept the Creationist theory. You may chose otherwise, but that's up to you, by your own free will.
As a Creationist, I don't want to mass "convert" and force people to my way of thinking because I think people should have the right to chose for themselves what they believe. As an Evolutionist, you should do the same.

i believe in evolution, there is evidence to show
but i believe that got designed each and every part of this.
they say that we came from monkies and only monkies
but i say sure , we came from monkies
but where do you think the monkies came from?
this topic was actually discussed at school
my teacher was saying
if the big bang was the only means of creation, then we are an accident, and i don't think i could ever live if i thought this.
i know i have a creator
and so do the animals "But ask the animals, and they will teach you, or the birds of the air and they will tell you;"-Job 12:7

It's like taking one hundred cards, all numbered, dropping them on the floor, and hoping they'll be aranged in order. If it was all chance, things wouldn't have ever been this way.
The complexity of the tiniest details are amazing! Take a bee's brain; it's more complicated than any super computer people have built.
By the way, if animals evolved from gilled, finned, water animals into mamals (or vice versa), how did the creatures survive those "millions of years" without gills and lungs? If their lungs were replaced with gills, and it was supposed to take millions of years to happen, how could their species have possibly survived in between times? XD
Animal: There goes my gills! Bring on the lun-! *chokes* X_X

Thank you! ^^
I'm trying to find that verse about God knowing what his plans are for us, -or something like that. The concordance in my Bible is kinda vague, though.
