I can sense your passion for Luna and the series through your creation. The rendition brings a smile to my face.
Originality:
The angle really focuses all the attention on her facial expression, which is the strongest aspect of the piece. I can really see her personality shine through.
Technique:
Your execution is strong really bringing every detail of her character to the surface. The only aspect that seems is off is the radish earring's size in proportion of her ear and her face.

Her eyes truly engage the viewer, and you've captured the magic of her personality.

OMG THIS IS TOTTALLY AWESOME!!! YOU DID AWESOME IT LOOKS LIKE AN OLD PHOTO OMG!!!!! Okay, sorry, got excited. It's so tottally awesome it looks just like one of those old black and white photos!! I really like your drawing of her! It really captures her constantly surprised and kind face.
Luna is one of the characters that positively surprised me in the movies. I find the movie-Luna quite as delightful and quirky as the book-version.
