I don't know anything about paintings & airbrushings, but it looks good to me. I like the lighting, & the attention to detail, as well as the imagination behind it. If I were to change anything at all, it would be to make the center right building that's slightly in the distance just a tad sharper. I understand that blurring the background adds to the perception of distance, but for some reason, that particular building looks a little off to me. I'm not saying it should be as sharp as the foreground, but just a tad small bit. I feel funny giving you a critique. 
I love post apocalyptic pieces. They're frighteningly beautiful. I feel that another worldly cleansing is coming very soon. It seems like every day I'm hearing or seeing something that is rapidly pushing us in that direction. More so now than in the past 10 yrs. I welcome it. Maybe not so much a virus, because I'm not lucky enough to survive something like that.

I'd lie if I said no. A small portion of my lights were modified samples from a few pix that I took. but no where near manipulation...
also a photo of missouri botanical garden climatron I took last year gave me the basic idea of my back ground(the round thing) , but that got 98% lost in the bg.
Other than that it is mainly wacom.

Nice paiting. I had to react because it reminded me of a computer game I one played. It has this nice futuristic feeling. About it.
I thought the fuzziness quite apt, makes it look like the city is alive.
