Description
This was done as a request for Toshinden-fanclub . I don't usually do requests anymore, but I've worked with him before and like what he (if male) likes. Anyway, their request involved four characters, from left to right: 1) their OC Hanard Abdel, an Iraqi-Kurdish belly dancer, 2) a liberal, spiritual yoga teacher, 3) a conservative-Christian cowgirl-slash-cheerleader, and 4) my fem-self. Based on these characters, I made up a story about bringing together those two politically-opposed ladies through the power of dance. And lesbian trolling. It's been fun!

Edit 1 Apr 2016: Toshinden-fanclub wanted me to hide this in my sta.sh account or something due to political sensitivities, as they put it. I presume they were referring to the use of the Kurdish (on the Hanard version) or Turkish (Ayse version) flags in the background. Now, I would never do that to you guys because A) I do not share whatever fears they may have about the subject, B) even if I did, the use of those flags was intended solely as a symbol of internationial peace (and my own geo-political geekery), and C) I've already seen so many of my Favourites hidden by other users in such a manner, and would hate to do that to you. But at the same time, this was their request involving their character, and I don't like the idea of denying them that degree of control over their own creations. So I managed a compromise and changed the background. They are now self-made flags which symbolise the Democrats and Republicans, the two major parties of the United States. In retrospect, this is closer to my original vision for this piece, namely, to bring both sides of the aisle together. Through fanservice! So Toshinden-fanclub , I hope this change is satisfactory.
