This is so cute! Anatomy is AMAZING.
My advice? I dunno why, but the hair looks a bit funny. I am not saying it's bad, it's really good, but I dunno why I feel like theres something missing/wrong placed in there. (it isn't the fall of the hair, because from the pose shes in her hair would be going that way)
