can i ask you a question? you clearly have an amazing talent for shapes and sewing, why don't you use higher quality mats and maybe embroidery instead of yarn? you could make a killing making plush this size out of fleece or minky. The felt just doesn't have the cuddle appeal, but your designs are great!

I find that felt is easy to work with just like fleece and, unlike minky, is readily available. Fleece is also more expensive than felt so I don't like to use it. I admit that fleece and minky are super soft to the touch, but I've always liked the simplicity of felt. I don't use sewing machines and embroidery takes to flippin' long! I like the yarn because it's easy to use and quick. I don't do this for commisions or anything, but for fun because I find it a relaxing hobby where I work at my own pace, plus, I know that, as awesome as they are, they are by no means "professional" in grade because it's too much work to do that and I'm not concerned with that. I really do appreciate your comments, though, as it confirms what I've suspected for years.

Wow, she looks awesome!! I love how you were able to get the legs so thin, and that they're still able to support her!
