The making of this picture was inspired by Ridge Racer 7 Ending Theme, “Calm” .

The painting in this pic is wonderful. I struggle a lot when it comes to painting real objects like stop lights and metal posts...I end up usually just using filters and blending mode effects.
And I love the bright scenery here..it has a certain uplifting nature to it

Fav part? The green arrows. I don't know why. Maybe it's because they're all of varying brightness (somewhat like real LEDs) and have a more 'artistic' quality.

The arrow idea was actually added later in the process, I also wanted the viewer to be even more focused at Shadow himself.

Yeah! I end up doing the same when I try to recreate metal objects XD
