This sums up what would happen nicely. If you don't want to read all that, here is the conclusion:
"Overall this discrepancy resulted in huge gap between the two in terms of arsenal, skills and abilities.
Yuno has a lot more weapons than Rena does, because sheβs had to fight much more often and directly. Likewise she has a lot more weapons that are deadly/practical in a fight compared to Rena because of this.
Yuno has A LOT more physical feats and instances of mental aptitude to draw from because her series focuses on her almost constantly, while Rena has less to draw from because sheβs only a major player in a few appearances.
Yunoβs opponents are more dangerous due to the fact they actively hunt her and have timey whimy devices, while Renaβs opponents are either incompetent or not exactly enemies outright.
This isnβt even bringing up the fact that Yuno technically has more life experience and βpowersβ due to being a god, in comparison to Rena who doesnβt remember most of her timeline resets and doesnβt such an equivalent if pushed into a corner.
In the end Yuno just has her outclassed in most major fields, including weaponry, physical feats and experience. Honestly the only reason why Rena can even compete is because I was fairly generous and gave her weapons from a non-canon spin off game and others she hasnβt really used outright."

Rena could definitely win. I hate Yuno. She kills people who are close to Yuuki for no reason, and she is so over-protective that it makes me want to stab her. Her voice is annoying, and there's nothing redeeming about her character. Yuno would only kill Rena if she tried to flirt with him or if she tried to kill him, but I don't think Rena would flirt with him OR try to kill him, because he didn't do anything to her to make her do so. Sure Yuno does have godly powers, but generally Rena could pound her.

I respect your opinion, but I disagree. I don't really think that Rena is as mental as Yuno is. Yuno would definetly try her best to win a death battle, just so she could get back to her Yuuki. Even without her godly powers, she's oddly skilled at weapons. Yuno's over-protective because Yuuki promised to marry her when Yuno had nothing else to live for. So generally, Yuuki's her reason to live, which gives a Β good reason for her yandereness. Oh, and I don't know what you mean by 'her voice is so annoying' because there's the Japanese version and the dubbed version.Β Rena's just a normal girl who suffered from a disease that caused her to act violently.Β Β Yuno all the way!

Yuno. Aside from being a goddess, she's also a frickin' genius. Granted, Rena's a lot smarter than she looks and acts, but Yuno played most of the FD cast like a fiddle for most of the series.

I actually think Rena would win. A Yuno without a Yuki to protect is no psycho anymore. And she can't go psycho on Rena either because she has nothing to do with Yuki or anything like that either.
