RULES:
Rules for Semi-Open Species MYOs
---ALWAYS refer to the species reference to determine what traits you are allowed to use when making your own character using any of my semi-open species.
---Failure to adhere to the species rules/deliberately breaking the rules will result in a permanent ban on further use and ownership of this species.
---Copying traits/designs/lore from this species or attempting to steal this species will also result in a permanent ban.

Crediting
CREDIT ME for the design with a mention each time you or anyone else draws them, please.
If you commission/trade for art of them, be sure that the artist credits me for the species with a mention.
You must link to the species reference as well as providing credit. You can use the example credit below.

If you post them to toyhou.se; you must give me CREATOR CREDIT. You can list yourself as a designer, but since I’m the species creator/owner then creator credit must link to my toyhou.se (ProudRyukin13).

Make Your Own
When making your own, you may NOT trace, copy or otherwise use my artwork. Referencing my artwork to ensure accuracy is fine, but if you trace it I WILL notice. Theft/tracing of my artwork will result in a permanent ban from all of my species.
My open species are only for use on DeviantArt. You may ONLY make and trade them on DeviantArt (meaning your MYO Beholdra MUST be posted to DA for it to be approved). You may post them to toyhou.se; but you can only transfer them to a user on toyhou.se if you gifted/traded them on DA.
---You can post artwork of your Beholdra to other social media as long as proper credit is given, but posting Beholdra you create to other social media is not sufficient for your MYO to be granted approval. If there are any issues regarding the MYO, I will contact you via the DA account your MYOs are posted to.
---Beholdra cannot be used for any published or promotional work that would generate revenue or otherwise infringe on my copyright (Except commissions to draw the Beholdra).
You may create as many as you wish for personal use. You can create them as gifts for friends. You may gift and trade away your personal OCs (after you have had them for a while) but you may NOT create designs explicitly to trade, or trade a design right after making it.
You may NOT create adoptables (free/trade/offer/points/money) or sell/re-sell any of my species.
(Exception: PAID Rare MYO Beholdras can be resold for $10US/1000 each, and PAID adopts can be resold for as much as was paid for them. You must notify the adopt creator if you resell your Beholdra. Beholdras may only be resold to a user on DeviantArt. You may only transfer to a user on toyhou.se if they have been sold on DA.)
If you gift or trade one of my species to a new owner, make sure that they are aware of my rules. Please link them to this list.
Once created, you may NOT change the species of the character.
You may add accessories and update your design as desired (as long as it stays within the allowable species traits) Rare traits/traits that are not allowed in open MYOs are available for purchase.
To make a Rare MYO, you must purchase a Rare MYO ticket (see link below). Illegal traits cannot be used.

Making Adoptables
If you want to make adoptables, you must obtain my permission first to get a designer license.
If you do get permission, your license is good for one year.
You must sell your adopts for points or Paypal, and split the earnings with me 50/50.
If you have a designer license, you can also sell offspring from breedings.

Breeding
You may not interbreed them with other species.
You can breed any two that you own or one of yours with someone else’s; provided the two of you have an agreement (this must NOT involve any trade or payment for breeding permissions).
You may NOT give away/adopt out the offspring. Breeding is for PERSONAL USE ONLY.
Rules for trading personal OCs away (after you’ve had them for a while) apply.
The offspring can have a combination of any of the colors/markings of the parents, and any of the COMMON traits of the parents. The offspring should not have novel traits or colors.
Even if either of the parents have rare traits, only common traits are passed down. To get rare traits in offspring, you must purchase and use a Rare MYO ticket (see above link to purchase).
Illegal traits cannot be used or passed down without my explicit permission.
