Also thanks #Anime-Turf for holding this contest. Inspired me to do this for you guys.

So when I did this drawing I started with the eyes.....I thought they were excellent. Next I asked myself how to bring out the eyes even more. So I decided to add the red lipstick. But I was REALLY disappointed at who I did the Hair. This is the 4th drawing Ive done IN MY WHOLE LIFE (honestly). Before that Ive never attempted any drawing on Photoshop. Also I never used a tutorial....Except for her hair I tried to follow but couldn't cause I dont have a mouse or a tablet. I only use my laptop's touch pad.......I know its weird.
