No problem. A counter post is when the lining of shoulders and hips aren't parallel in the pose. :3 It makes a more natural stance rather than stiff one :3

Hmm...No I think you did good. She looks like daisy, the suit is recognizable the proportions are appropriate for the suit and the pin up picture and the sketch is fairly good too.
Sure you can improve but this is far from a mess up.
