XD yes you can use photoshop to do pixels.
I tend to use Paint tool sai more to make thee and then transport them to photoshop so I can do the animation. Its really easy once you get the hang of it.

Okay, I figured it out and yes it was really easy, didn't expected it to be c: But I just tried to do a normal pixel drawing, will try to animate when I get better hang of this ~
