dr slump is hilarious, about a dumb/genious inventor who creates a robot - (girl) arale and of course makes really cool inventions, example, the ray glasses i think, u can see through clothes etc...but something of course goes wrong there!!!

Cowa is about a group of halloweeny type monsters (but cute ones) and the adventures they have. Its a one shot manga volume, by Akira Toiyama. You can still see the essence of Dragonball in it.

i'll just copy paste the plot lol:
This self-contained story follows the adventures of the demon prince Beelzebub (he's not as nasty as he sounds) as he tries to restore water to the desert world of Sand Land. It's all good fun, the action scenes are as nicely staged as you'd expect from Toriyama, and there's a not-too-preachy eco-message in there for the kids. While it's not his best post-DB work, it'll keep Toriyama fans happy until Viz Comics translate Kajika and Cowa.

if u havnt already read my previous journal, it explains the sad story of me when i was younger (when i say younger i mean 5/6months ago) and i read my first manga book dragonball, i thought to myself "manga rox!" so i hit the bookstore and blew my money on what i considered manga. i bought 10 volumes of megaman nt warriors, holy crap... "this suks lol"
so that might suck too, not enough.....hm...i dunno, but there isnt the teenager feel to those books lol

thats about a high school student(ichigo) whos really popular, finds out he has these powers to sence evil demons, and rukia (a soul reaper) slays them to save them. ichigo accidentally steals her powers and has to do the duties of a soul reaper, its awesome!!

It's about a family (Mom, Son, Daughter) who somehow end up discovering an alien (the aforementioned Sergeant Frog) who looks like a frog. The frog and his crew are trying to take over the planet Pokopen, or as we know it, Earth. Thing is, the crew are separated. The SGT ends up making friends with the boy (Fuyuki) and becoming enemies with the girl (Natsumi). It all boils down to crazy stories, and ultimately finding all their crew, then they end up saving the world. And yet, the series hasn't finished. There is more to come.
