Description: The Aetiocetus is an extinct species of cetacean that lived during the late Oligocene Epoch, rare fossils of this whale have been found in Oregon, U.S.A., Mexico, and Japan, there are 4 known species in the same genus, but the type species is Aetiocetus Cotylalveus.  This ancient whale is related to today's baleen whales, though it may not look like it from its appearance and its sharp teeth, but fossil evidence does show the signs of a transition between this toothy whale and the baleen whales we know today.  However, the Aetiocetus is not the true transitional species in baleen whale evolution, this is due to fossils of "true" baleen whales that were discovered to have existed before Aetiocetus, making it not a true ancestor, but a distant relative.  The Aetiocetus is believed to have used a bulk-feeding strategy when feeding, though some scientists argue with this theory, one of the current theories is that the Aetiocetus would have fed on schooling fish and squid, using a combination of its teeth and baleen to catch prey.

Personal Thoughts: I usually don't hear of this extinct whale often in sources of media, so it is cool to learn about a new species that most people haven't heard about.  I think this would would be cool to have in a prehistoric aquarium or marine park.  There is 1 minor bug with it, and that is before you place it down, it has a texture bug that makes it all white, but this gets fixed as soon as you place it down.  The only other downside is that it moves a bit too fast, I think it's because of it using the default Dolphin AI, but it runs into tank walls often and sometimes beaches itself on land.  Other than that, no other major bugs or glitches and the modeling and textures look realistic.
My Rating: 8.5/10
