Their styles are completely different. How can you compare them?

Even though their styles are completely different, the body structure is the same. She has the proportions right from the head down to the toes, and Masashi Kishimoto had either the head bigger then the body or mostly the ears were to big sometimes to their body structure. But Masashi Kishimoto in his manga 'Naruto' later in the series his art work became much better then it was. I'm not saying he`s bad or anything, in fact I find him my favorite manga artist, but she`s younger then him and yet she has all the proportions down then when he started getting better at it.
