Description
Commission from the time of the dinosaurs. ;0For Sam ( ~Haku-Faye ) who is as patient as stone. This was one of those 'draw a real person as an manga character' type of commissions. And believe it or not, my first time doing a commission like this. I tried to capture her prettiness~
Sorry if the red is a little blinding...as always, I suck at naming my pieces...

Red is a strong color....but it was picture as a more gental color with the girl's face.....

I really love this piece except for the fact that the top still has all the lineart and the sketchy feel, but the skirt sort of sems plain in comparison.

Love the shading on the hair and her top -- I'm also quite fascinated by the rosette thingys on her hair. I love how they look kinda casually scribbly yet I could perfectly visualise what you mean by them.
Also, I quite like the lack of background, actually. It makes it more simple and gives it more focus as a character portrait, although a background would have helped if it were to be like a panel from a manga or something.

The only thing I'd say is that the skirt and bottom of the sleeve seem oddly flat and undetailed compared to the rest of it. But her face and hair are gorgeous!
