Another piece for Dokuen artbook 09

Slight modification done on it. Originally was one of the character design for one of the classes in college.

Was really attracted to Juunihitoe when I was drawing this picture, but did some modification as i puffed up the garment's from below the waist to make it look like a mixture of Victorian dresses which is another obsession of mine haha! and also I have a thing for those traditional parasol lol.
