You know, I don't like smoking, but contrary to some of your other commenters, I think it sets the mood in this picture. The way she's taking a smoke while curled up on the bed, half-dressed and looking out the window, sets a strong sense of mood here. She definitely appears to be in-thought. I think you've captured an excellent scene in this photo.

I would love to randomly talk some time, I don't find many peoples photography that inspiring but your stuff it with out a doubt very high quality, and I love the fact that you capture movement in your pictures, I can look at this and get the main idea of her inhaling and blowing the smoke out the window. I love it I really do. Keep on being a pimp!
