For me it is less about "envy" and more about a kind of energy to participate. Any child who hears a story knows this feeling sharing in a world just beyond their grasp. When I see a photograph like this ... I am there. And the natural desire is to take it all in and make art. That's really the essence of what it means to be inspired in my case ... it's that energy to join in. Ultimately, there is no need to go beyond where we are. We can join in right where we are. It's the process, the seeing, that binds it all together.

thanks , i am trying to change the way i see things ,to assemble them in a square . i admire 2 artists here that do this to perfection , Frank and Dave .

they post a lot and i can't help it i fav a lot ! i love their visions . it's quite different one of the other i know , but for me it goes into one category , the special "eye" that catches it like no other .

the eye is where the art comes from, the camera is just a tool. (of course, a good one helps!) thanks for pointing to them.
