Here's a portrait I did for selling at my booth~Sorry for the large file! It needs to be that big for when we resize them, though, and I'm too lazy to resize

first off, i'd like to say that i'd really like to get my portrait done by you <33 you can always capture all of the person's good qualities and then emphasize then when you draw them
now, lemme move on and explain my ratings C:
Vision: your vision and perspective on this is just amazing, the way you make it so that not every single piece of hair is in line with the rest gives it a more realistic look which i love
Originality: this is uniquely yours, as every piece is

Technique: your technique is phenomenal in every aspect here, I especially like the way you used a sketchy look for the lines, that gives it a little more of a realistic quality and makes the person depicted look like they're real and not drawn (to some degree e.deviantart.net/emoticons/a/a… " width="19" height="19" alt="
Impact: this is one of your pieces that really stands out to me, it screams 'look at me!' in a subtle way that doesn't overwhelm the viewer so kudos on that part

You know, in most cases fuzzy lines are bad. But I don't know what magic you did, it looks fine here.
The colouring is smooth.
Maybe you could have coloured it a bit crisp at certain parts like where the hair covers certain parts of the skin.
But since it is sketchy, it is not that obvious.
The background is nice though.
Illusions of rose petals that defy gravity. Rekindling idyllic memories.

This looks gorgeous. I love it when you draw a bit more realistic - you're really good at it. And even if it's a bit rougher you colored it so damn nice. I especially like the colors of her eye.

I know I did the lineart' very sketchy (in fact it WAS my sketch
so I wanted to make sure the colouring was very warm and nice! SO glad you noticed!
