Au lieu de faire un flou, tu utilises le filtre antipoussières, c'est comme un flou gaussien sauf que tu peux choisir de garder des détails (c'est le "Threshold" ou "Seuil" qui règle ça). P.ex., tu choisis un rayon de 3 pixels et tu joues sur le seuil pour trouver une valeur qui estompe les problèmes sans trop perdre de matière.
