Personality: A bit wacky in the sense of a "mad scientist," he's always calculating things and people unintentionally, but it tends to make him sound blunt, but he says it with such a smile on his face that most people tend to rush it off

OKAY lesseeee ... He's an inventor of sorts, and he wants to create a mode of transportation that will enable people to fly over long distances, he calls it... AN AIRPLANE (assuming there are none in arx-fatalis...)... chemical explosions and other nondescript happenings are frequent at his house...
He lives close to the border between aria and letium making his clothes not as light weight as most of the other inhabitants of Aria seem to have (his underclothes are, though.. the vest and what not...)
The thing on his head are his goggles....the big round pieces are the lenses and when you look through them it looks kinda like a mask ♥
He has a baby fcae that makes him look younger than he is... parakeets (irl) are suprisingy smart despite their small appearance, they have the capacity to learn very quickly
