The wiki uses both forms.
And if you do a little research [or just search 'Vince' under the official TF Wiki], you find that there's a few "Vince/Vincent"s around. There's TFP character Vince[nt], no last name. And there's also a Vince/Vincent DiCola...who is the guy that does most of the music organizing and all that awesome shet.

Well I'm pretty sure Vince and Vincent are two different names.

Unless Vince is short for Vincent. Which I did not know.

And I'm also pretty sure as long as it ain't a robot's name then PrincessPuma can use it for an OC. I also think it doesn't matter if it's also the same name as a Producers.

But then again that is just my knowledge and opinion on the matter. I don't mean any disrespect to you.

Vince is the short form of Vincent. I should have thought that was obvious.
And it's hardly an OC if you steal from a pre-existing show. "Vince" wasn't used until TFP. So if she had the name before the show came out, that would be something else.
