Freakio the Nightmare Jester is a nightmare jester/clown from the Nightmare Realm and a member of the Nightmare Council. He is spunky, bubbly, deranged, mischievous, creepy, sadistic (sometimes), weird and a kid at heart who enjoys creepy puppets and dolls, including his own puppets. Despite his personality, he and the Nightmare Council are in charge of making sure Nightmares scare and torment people and maintain fear and nightmares and tormenting their victims or else they'd be punished.
