awww... well photography can be a good way to conquer you're fear of something, especially with animals.

Yeah.. I love Owls.. only these particular ones always seem to be a bit crazy looking

Yeah they are quite menacing. We have a rescue centre that does a display (not flying them) in the town centre every few months, once they brought their Eagle Owl... interesting how the pigeons disappeared for a while!

These are the only Owls that scare me.. I mean they freak you out.. other ones stare at you like with interest.. these ones with menace.

A funny thing: when I've seen it's curious expression, and the light with the shadow behind the owl, I thought about an odd maks coming from some kind of perverted carnival... I'm not normal
It's another great photo, even with the strong frontal light (wich I don't like, but it's ok here with the "odd" expression of the animal).

I don't like it either.. Haha.. I mainly uploaded this to add it to my animal gallery.. Sometimes I wish you didn't have to have your recent deviations displayed.. As they don't always represent my best work.. But I still want them on here in sub folders etc.. My holga stuff is another good example of that. I haven't been taking many photographs recently.. Been working on other art forms.. have to go out and take some me thinks..
