How did you do that blue scheme? Itβs REALLY crisp and clean, and looks like the texture of metal, but without being a metallic color itself.Β

It's actually really simple! I started with a basecoat of regal blue (after spraying the model black), I then mixed that blue with a lighter one and painted it all over the armour with the exception of the darker areas around rivets and such. After that I took a bit of sponge, dipped it in silver paint and dabbed it all over for the paint chip effect.
Honestly I think the key is just to keep the paint layers super thin and to never just take paint directly from the bottle without watering it down. Hope this helps
