Description
Finally got number 19 done. I started this a while ago but stopped because I didn't like the way it was turning out. I ended up completely re-doing this one
with a different scene, it was originally a overview of a bright city at night but it was tricky to pull off. So I went with something easier to do, mountains.
I kept the colors here very desaturated because I recently realized that I never use such desaturated colors throughout a painting and I wanted to try
something different.
