Dunno why, but whenever I see this character, I can't help but think of Irene/Illena from Claymore.
But her design looks awesome either way

I see that in 2014 you used to draw her younger, was it purposely or were you still trying her out? I used to have a problem like that with my characters, but in my case was a matter of style, I wanted something more shounen, but they would always ended up kinda of moe-ish! Took me sometime to fix this. I love the final Nebula though! She has my favorite kind of expression, subtle yet intense!!

actually it is a style matter. Here and there she is 31. More details and longer face gives usually older look
