The lack of detail. I always put too much detail in my pencil scetches. I prefer drawing in anime style. It's longer to draw but more fun.

Good stuff man, hmm what you need to do now in terms of improving your art style is to now move over to working on realistically rendered characters.

Shading! *Gasp* I was holding that in, I make the same mistake alot of the time.

hes good at noting where the light is coming from as such he shades amazingly the only thing missing from this piece right now is just some colors which is easy after this step.
