This little guy sat down in the crape mertle tree in the backyard. I'm thinking he might be a young one since he's really friendly and isn't really scared of me. I love the flashing colorings of his red neck! Enjoy!Related content

thank you very much! This is taken in Santa Clara in my backyard which is near San Jose in California. It is an Anna's hummingbird. This is an male one. The pretty colors is actually the red markings of the male but the camera is picking up the varieties of iridescent colors. Thus is why you see orange, yellow, greens etc.
