I was thinking about making a pikachu dress for one of my friends and I was looking at designs and I really like this one, and I would like to know if it is okay if I use this as a possible design for the dress. I would really love to make the bow design in the back if anything, but I don't wanna make it and then claim that it was all me.

Of course I'll let you see when I'm finished. Unfortunately I don't think I'll be able to make the dress exactly like the picture, but I'll try and keep it as close as possible to the original picture. I set a deadline for myself so hopefully it won't take too long, but I'm always really slow starting off, lol.
