With pictures as good as these, someone is bound to make an Adversary OC. xD ... Or maybe someone already has, either way, nice art!
Though, there is a theory that states that binding of isaac, both the original and rebirth, are imaginations... So, I wonder how an OC of a monster from that game would work out, unless the final ending depicts his creativity taking real form.
