I see a lot of really cool and well done concepts every day as an admin for conceptworld, and its easy to get a bit jaded. Every once in a while, though, I get the privilege to vote on one that is so absolutely stunning it just makes me stop and stare at it for a while.
This is one of them.
This piece is extremely well done technically, but what really makes it stand out to me is the vibrant sense of a living world. The architecture is believable and interesting, the colors are fantastic, and instead of generic silhouettes you've made characters all in the middle of their own tales- everyone in this picture has their own reasons for being outside this tavern in the rain instead of inside. Beatiful work, this is one to be proud of here.
