She looks beautiful, The shading altough simplistic is very well made, 
And that vaguely Draconic appearance makes her look even better.

An absolutely lovely, serene Toriel Phoenix! This showcases just the amount of progress you've made in improving, particularly on side-views which you profess to have difficulty with. Well... the last Toriel side-view was pretty near perfect, and this is several steps up from that... so it's as close as one can get! Really fantastic job!

Anyway, to go into detail... You've gone a little farther with the draconic style (to my eye anyway), which is a hugely good thing by my book! It owes well to her fangs, the right one we can see clearly here, portrayed perfectly in the side view... compounded with the rest of her protruding snout, and her calm smile... she's very serene. Then we get to her visibe eye... again, calm and serene... is she looking down at a child? Is she deep in thought, pleasant enough to leave her with that expression? Or... is she looking at Sans? Either way... You've got the calm, gentle Toriel down perfectly in this side-view!

Her horns look perfect in spite of the shade difference, and not tacked on. Good job! They're neither over the top nor too... regressed, so absolutely no problem there! We get to see the back of her head here with the side view... which is something somewhat left to the imagination in the original material... I feel you've captured it correctly though (what there is to capture anyway haha), light tufts of hair, just adding to the overall gentle demeanour of this person. Her ears too... Neither too big nor too much of an afterthought... Just right. I absolutely ADORE how you've left them resting on her shoulders haha... Not only is it cute, but it definitely adds to the atmosphere you wanted to capture with the piece!
The rest of her body... or what there is to see is spot-on as well. Perfectly proportional given her and what she is, her shoulders aren't slumped or anything... there is attention and the signal there... we know who she is! Blabbering... anyway.

Now... everyone who knows anything of Undertale knows the significance of those flowers haha... and they're not amiss on any art, especially not here, where you have drawn them very... lovely, despite the connotation attached to them. They are attached to green vines... which both outline Toriel, and also rise above her almost as if they were... a flame. That is the image I perceive when I look at them as a whole- if this is what you intended... kudos, truly. The flame fits Toriel perfectly... as do the flowers... to the entire Dreemurr family. Absolutely, breathtakingly beautiful and evocative.

The simple colours and shading throughout owe well to this piece and what it tries to convey... it's not too much or too little, and I love it for what it is. Perfect job... the gradient of green and purple background was a superb choice here... I'm trying to think what may be shining on Toriel! Anyway.

Absolutely perfect job once again Phoenix! You've been developing very well on what was already something perfect... Well done! I think it's safe to say you're mastering the side-view! Thank you so much for making this!
